FLUORESCENCE RESONANCE ENERGY TRANSFER, TIME RESOLVED SPECTROSCOPY AND PRECISION CALORIMETRY FOR CHROMATIN STRUCTURE DETERMINATION

Information on the chromatin structure from a normal tissue and from a tumoral tissue and also on the chromatin structure modifications produced by fast neutrons was obtained using the fluorescence resonance energy transfer method, time resolved spectroscopy and precision calorimetry determinations.
